Sinister Vampire Style ; Purple Magic

The insanely popular Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer and True Blood HBO TV Show have brought Vampires to the forefront of media crazes. I'm not going to say my opinion on either to stay neutral, but I do think that Vampire-inspired fashion (or even fashion that conjures up thoughts of vampires) is very tantalizing and dark. This is the second post in a long series (of yet-undetermined length) of Vampire Style.

Thomas Wylde dress that is light and dark at the same time; heavy black beading in contrast with very light fabric makes this intricate beauty a good choice. Usually I don't like sheer sleeves but here they work with the overall mood.
This very dramatic dress by Marc Jacobs is a total stunner, would be awesome on the red carpet!
This See by Chloe dress goes along with the whole we-drink-the-blood-of-animals -not-humans thing in Twilight.......anyway, it's really cool.
A wonderful Roberto Cavalli dress that would look amazing on, say, Meryl Streep.
A modern and edgy Emanuel Ungaro dress, young and fabulous.
This is a great way to end the post--nice and dramatic, Roksanda Ilincic. If nothing else, it makes a statement.
